Highland Political, LLC is a political fundraising and public relations company founded by June Cutter. Highland-Illuminate is a joint venture created to provide premier fundraising, brand building, and event marketing services to clients in the political and non-profit sectors. 

June proved herself as an impressive fundraiser and fresh face for the Republican Party when she ran for the California State Assembly in 2020. She is now taking the momentum she built during her own campaign and using it to help other center-right candidates create fresh messaging that resonates with voters, and donors, throughout the State of California.
 
June was born and raised in Orange County, California. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from U.C. Irvine before completing her Juris Doctorate and Master's Degree in Business Taxation at the University of Southern California. Before entering the world of politics, June was a practicing attorney for 18 years and also built her own professional organizing business.
 
June lives in San Diego with her husband Ryan, a former Naval Flight Officer, and their two children.
